St Lawrence College student residence

Andre Construction was hired to design and build the third and most recent residence at St Lawrence College. The new six storey concrete framed residence has both single and double-occupancy suites and common areas for group studies and social activities

This project was especially challenging due to the fixed deadlines. Andre Construction worked during the winter months so that students could move in on time for the fall semester.
